Jersey Shore Castmates Hit The Gym: Snooki & JWoww

Sticking to one part of the "GTL" (gym, tan, laundry), JWoww (Jenni Farley) and Snooki (Nicole Polizzi) from the 'Jersey Shore' cast hit the gym in Miami last week.  I guess the girls are keeping in shape for the new season! 
The girls seemed to have needed a bit of an energy boost before they hit the treadmill, considering their Red Bull at hand.
A few days later, JWoww showed off her kickboxing skills on a heavy bag, wearing pink gloves, a pink tube top, and spandex pants.  What do you think about her outfit - is wearing a tube while you work out supportive, and really all that comfortable?  It's not like she has a small chest.
