The number one non-surgical procedure for both men and women are botox injections. This study calculated that over 53% of these cosmetic procedures were performed in Doctor's offices n 2008, 26% in freestanding surgery centers and 19% were performed in hospitals. "Americans spent just under $12 billion on cosmetic procedures; $7.2 billion was for surgical procedures, and $4.6 billion was for nonsurgical procedures."
