It has been quite the publicity storm for LeAnn Rimes over the past few years between her divorce from Dean Sheremet and affair with hottie Eddie Cibrian who is now her fiance. Her latest love affair with the tabloids has nothing to do with men and everything to do with cup size. It seems as though she recently added some "dimensions" to her ultra fit body that were on display in a little red bikini this week in Cabo. According to US magazine, she not only went for the enhancement that Cibrian's ex-wife Brandi Glanville had also done in the past, but went to the same plastic surgeon. Hope they don't have post-op appointments scheduled for the same day! I think she looks fantastic! She clearly works very hard at maintaining her slim, toned figure and the conservative breast augmentation she chose looks very natural, complimenting her fabulous bod.
