Carpanzano is one of 17,000 women working at the Atlanta-based chain's 438 restaurants in the U. S. and 20 countries with a playful banter and friendly smile, all wearing low-cut tank tops and short orange shorts from the 1980's.
Hooters spokesman Mike McNeil says the restaurant chain often hosts groups, including sports teams and church organizations with teens and younger children.
