What makes THE CARDAMOM CLUB standout is really the diversity of the menu’s they can offer simply because Auria is not a native New Yorker or American, Auria was born and raised in a tiny little town in Malaysia called Seremban, where according to the Lonely Planet Guide "there is nothing to see or do. And Biss is a New Yorker, but has roots in the West Indies, Puerto Rico, and in the American South, Thus the celebration of two variant cultures come together via THE CARDAMOM CLUB an it is evident in the menu’s they offer.
