Earlier rumors were spreading wildly that the action star had died of a heart attack.
The article, which was entitled “Jackie Chan Dies Of Heart Attack” is false.
News was trending on Twitter and Google trends but has proved to be a fake CNN article put together by the owner of a blog called Skiphopz.
Jackie Chan is just the latest victim of a huge celebrity death hoax this year. Other celebrities who have fallen victim of these hoaxes in recent months are Jim Carrey, Owen Wilson, Avril Lavigne and a slew of others.
Don’t the people who create these hoaxes have anything better to do?
