I hope everyone had a happy and safe Labor Day weekend. Now that everyone is back to the grind I wanted to start off this week's blog with Britney Spears and family. And no, she didn't shave off her hair or smash cars with umbrellas or getting into fights with her mom, on the contrary............ she and her little sister Jamie Lynn Spears looked absolutely amazing during a family trip to Miami on August 31 (Source: US Weekly). I'm so happy to see her spending time with her boys and proving to the world that she's slowly but surely making a comeback by getting fit and healthy and spending time with people who care about her well-being. Too bad I can't say the same about Britney's ex husband Kevin Federline- he looks like he might want to get on Brit's exercise bandwagon. He's a handsome guy and was very fit as he was once a dancer. Some diet and exercise should trim that body down to get his former body back.
I honestly believe that both sisters did not have any type of surgery done, from what I can see there are no signs of incision sites on their abdomens indicating liposuction or an abdominoplasty. They looks like they worked hard at the gym, ate healthy, and I'm pretty sure their young age and great genes played a role in getting their bodies back in shape.
